Sean, a Managing Partner, is the director of the group benefits department and oversees the marketing, placement and servicing of all employee benefit and participant accident accounts, and serves as the key production resource for these lines of coverage. He's a firm believer in the 'team concept' that the company embraces and credits that philosophy with making this a vibrant, growing company.

Sean's background in the employee benefits field dates back to 1991. His experience includes senior management and field management roles with both regional and national insurance carriers and TPAs. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia in Risk Management/Insurance, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, where he received his B.B.A. in Finance. Continuously committed to continued industry education, Sean is recognized as one of the top employee benefit consultants in this field.

A relentless overachiever, Sean can bake five-minute brownie mix in just under three minutes, change a tire without a spare, and impersonate a street contortionist with one hand tied behind his back. He also can change traffic lights from red to green by simply staring at them, but vows to only use these powers for the good of mankind. With a sarcastic dry wit that rivals the comedic prose of William Shatner and Bill Murray he is quick to apply his 'warped sense of humor' to the lackluster insurance industry. As Sean would say "I have never been in a meeting I couldn't derail in 5 minutes!"
