As an Account Executive in the certificates and specialty insurance programs area, Anna is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Integro Sport customized certificate issuance system as well as the servicing of a range of specialty insurance programs, directly delivering solutions to hundreds of small business owners. Interacting with clients during the on-boarding process, Anna is able to determine short and long-term certificate issuance needs and effectively present and educate clients on system capabilities. Working directly with municipalities, venue owners, and insureds, she assesses certificate needs and ultimate issuance.
